Prof. Dr. Henrique D. M. Coutinho

He has a degree in Biological Sciences from UFPB (1996), a master's degree in Genetics from UFPB (2001) and a PhD in Pharmacology from UFPB (2008). He is currently a tenured Professor at the Regional University of Cariri (URCA). He has experience in the area of ​​Genetics and Microbiology, with an emphasis on Molecular Genetics and Microorganisms, working mainly on the following topics: Molecular analysis and mechanisms of antibiotic resistance, Ecology of soil microorganisms and Assessment of the intrinsic or associated antimicrobial activity of natural products.
